Servizi cassa solo la mattina...50 minuti al pomeriggio per cosa? ATM has been out of use for 2 months ....... and transfers could be made via email only in the Covid period, as if the disservice did not exist and was not caused by the bank. Cash desk only in the morning ... 50 minutes in the afternoon for what?

Quindi, anche se vi scapicollate x poter utilizzare il servizio cassa ad esempio x bloccare urgentemente una RIBA, la cassiera alzerà le braccia al cielo e vi dirà: “la banca chiude alle 13:20, ma la cassa chiude alle 13, ripassi domattina perché anche il pomeriggio la cassa sarà chiusa”. Se provi a telefonare x informazioni, non risponde mai nessuno. Il servizio x il conto online è penoso, se vuoi rivedere vecchi movimenti non puoi perché sono visibili solo gli ultimi 45 giorni, quindi x saperne di più devi andare allo sportello, ma x usufruirne devi prendere ferie x i problemi già sopra citati. Se vuoi fare un bonifico online, prega Dio che non abbiano problemi intergalattici. Il Pos funziona un’ora si è una no e se ci vuoi fare un versamento, anche se ne sarebbe provvisto non funziona mai, quindi devi tornare al punto di partenza….alla cassa. G	Gabriele Colli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo ore 14. Sportello chiuso perché l'orario va dalle 8 alle 13:20. Decido di aspettare fino alle 14:40 per ricaricare dall'atm evoluto. Alle 14:40 vedo arrivare uno in giacca blu che apre e mi fa "entri pure TANTO IL BANCOMAT È FUORI SERVIZIO" con aria strafottente. Ti prendono pure in giro. Chiudete i conti che avete con loro, ne guadagnerete in salute.

Ho suonato il campanello e mi hanno risposto che devo aspettare senza chiedermi perché suonavo o cosa ero venuto a fare. Suonato la seconda e terza volta e sono stato ignorato. Sono le 11.15. Sconsiglio vivamente, non vedo l'ora di chiudere il mio conto con loro. Closed in the morning although they should be open. Asked yesterday and the opening hours and services confirmed. I rang the bell and they said I have to wait without asking why I was ringing or what I came to do. Played the second and third times and was ignored. It is 11.15. I strongly advise against, can't wait to close my account with them.
