★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immagino il personale sia assunto in base a non professionalità e maleducazione, infine sono caratteristiche essenziali quando in ballo ci sono i soldi delle persone. Magari imparate almeno a salutare a fine telefonata in maniera cordiale chi vi ha semplicemente fatto una domanda e chiesto la fattibilità per una richiesta invece di buttare giù il telefono.
Poco da dire, ormai non esiste quasi più nessuno che sa lavorare col pubblico.
I imagine the staff is hired on the basis of unprofessionalism and rudeness, finally they are essential characteristics when people's money is at stake. Maybe at least learn to greet those who have simply asked you a question and asked about the feasibility of a request in a cordial way at the end of the phone call instead of throwing down the phone.
Little to say, now there is hardly anyone who knows how to work with the public.
