Chiamo per la terza volta la sede di Palermo e parlo con il referente il quale mi dice che è un problema mio in quanto la banca la carta l'ha emessa e che, se volevo, potevo fare reclamo...senza parole.
Customer since 2016. With card expiring August 2021 to today 1/10/2021, I have not received anything except the PIN. I call the Palermo office for the third time and talk to the contact person who tells me that it is my problem as the bank issued the card and that, if I wanted, I could make a complaint ... speechless.
