- se l'agenzia è chiusa aggiornate il sito. Costa poco. È l'abc della comunicazione del marketing. Se avete un ufficio preposto, ma dubito.
- mettete un messaggio vocale o un risponditore dove date indicazioni, è sempre l'abc del marketing
- allineate il vostro call center e informatelo che l'agenzia è chiusa. Vedi manuali del mkt.
Magari risparmiate un viaggio a vuoto ai vostri clienti....
