Ho trovato ottimi consigli su prodotti e colori: letto e comodini ben abbinati, nonostante siano di due brand differenti. La nota dolente dopo la consegna dell’ordine: letto ok, comodini ben accompagnati ma con cassetti disallineati e non in linea con lo spigolo superiore: essendo dei cubi, si nota subito. Dopo diverse telefonate è uscito il tecnico che ha migliorato la regolazione di alcuni cassetti ma non di tutti (perché la regolazione era già a fine corsa). Ho chiesto lumi e dovevano sapermi dire... dopo altre telefonate si informavano e via così. Dopo mesi dalla consegna sto ancora attendendo feedback. Data la professionalità dimostrata durante la vendita mi aspettavo di più come comunicazione.
I am debated in writing this review:
I found excellent advice on products and colors: well-matched bed and bedside tables, despite being from two different brands. The sore point after the delivery of the order: bed ok, bedside tables well accompanied but with drawers misaligned and not in line with the upper edge: being cubes, you notice immediately. After several phone calls the technician came out and improved the adjustment of some drawers but not all of them (because the adjustment was already at the end of the stroke). I asked for guidance and they had to know how to tell me ... after other phone calls they inquired and so on. After months of delivery I'm still waiting for feedback. Given the professionalism shown during the sale, I expected more as a communication.
