I also called on the phone first to ask if they made reservations and they said no. very bad impression.

The best hairdresser in the world. I have been visiting this salon for almost 25 years, most of the staff are the same. The place stands out for its professionalism and cleanliness and is, in my opinion, a shining star in the heart of Milan !!

Se conoscete marchio Dessange, se siete amanti del "Balayage californiano" o cercate la perfezione dei loro tagli - allora EVITATE questo posto perché qui non li troverete .... 160 euro pagati e capelli da rifare. In my opinion here only the name is DESSANGE. If you know the Dessange brand, if you love the "Californian Balayage" or look for the perfection of their cuts - then AVOID this place because you will not find them here .... 160 euros paid and hair to be redone.

Cari.... 67 € un ritocco ( colore radice) mi hanno fatto pagare € 7 tra shampoo e balsamo ( non maschera). Colore troppo scuro Personale assente....( Zero comunicazione, erano già a casa a preparare la cena). Esperienza negativa! Super negativa! I don't know where to write a review, I was in the Peschiera Borromeo shop. Negative feedback. Dear ... 67 € a touch-up (root color) made me pay € 7 between shampoo and conditioner (not mask). Color too dark Absent staff .... (Zero communication, they were already at home preparing dinner). Negative experience! Super bad!

L’ultima volta ho fatto presente questo fatto al personale il quale mi ha assicurato che sarebbe andato tutto al meglio. Anche questa volta, un disastro: capelli più ricci e crespi di prima. È una struttura che si trova in evidente difficoltà e venderebbero qualsiasi servizio pur di guadagnare. Anche il taglio, fatto da Luca, non ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze. Non c’è stato modo che eseguisse un taglio come da me richiesto. Zero stelle e MAI PIÙ DA LORO! Servizio vergognoso! I am a client of this business recently.
