★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il super market non è male, anzi è abbastanza fornito e con personale geek disponibile, il problema sta nella viabilità di Pozzallo che impone un giro lungo per raggiungere il punto vendita se si proviene dal lungomare raganzino. Peccato

Restituita una bottiglia da 10€ perché il vino era acido, gentilmente cambiata con una di qualità superiore, ma il vino era altrettanto passato. Forse per un problema di conservazione? Peccato non poter restituire anche questa!

A 10 € bottle was returned because the wine was sour, kindly changed to a higher quality one, but the wine was just as past. Maybe for a conservation problem? Too bad not being able to return this too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto vendita in zona semicentrale a Pozzallo. Mi è sembrato ben organizzato, pur non conoscendolo non ho avuto difficoltà a reperire la merce che cercavo. Prezzi inferiori alla media di una grande città nella stessa regione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo con amarezza, ma penso sia dovuto. L'orario di chiusura esposto è 20,30, ma già se arrivi dopo le 20,10 parte del personale si atteggia scocciata perché evidentemente vorrebbero andare via prima.
Oggi è stato abbastanza umiliante come la cassiera abbia detto "eh ma c'è sempre chi viene dopo le 20, perché non hanno nulla da fare e per loro la spesa è farsi un'uscita", tutto ciò davanti a me, unico cliente rimasto, che non erano nemmeno le 20,20.
Ora, se non avete voglia di lavorare licenziatevi o cambiate gli orari, invece di fare frecciatine cafone ai clienti.
Vergogna.
I write with bitterness, but I think it is due. The closing time on display is 20.30, but if you arrive after 20.10 some of the staff is already annoyed because obviously they would like to leave earlier.
