Accoglienza, Armonia, Ascolto ed Efficienza sono quegli strumenti, da fiore all'occhiello, che ogni ASST dovrebbe garantire ad ogni paziente a dispetto delle condizioni che il Covid ha costretto ,soprattutto la Sanità Pubblica, ad operare. For problems related to my prostatic hypertrophy, as a citizen of Monzese, I can say with extreme sincerity that I have found in the Outpatient Urology Department a team of highly respected doctors and nurses! Hospitality, Harmony, Listening and Efficiency are those flagship tools that every ASST should guarantee to every patient in spite of the conditions that Covid has forced, especially Public Healthcare, to operate.

Fila kilometrica per esibizione del greenpass con un solo operatore a prestare il servizio...mezz'ora buttata cosi,per non parlare del disagio per gli anziani costretti ad aspettare in queste condizioni....dimenticavo alle 16 iniziano le visite ma il bar chiude a quell ora ???? mi sembra più che logico,giustamente cosi uno se vuole portare qualcosa alla propria compagna se la deve portare da casa e fargliela arrivare calda...... Grandi ragazzi non ammazzatevi troppo dal lavoro eh che poi finite in ospedale......sperando non sia questo di desio ??????? Visiting hours for infants from 16.00 to 18.00 .... for covid rules ... Tutti gentili, a partire dagli ASA, agli OSS e agli infermieri. Detto da mia figlia, Annamaria, "vorrò sempre essere curata dalla dott.ssa Alessia". Grazie mille Pediatrics ward, my daughter was ill and was followed a lot by doctors. Especially from Dr. Alassia Villa. All kind, starting with the ASAs, the OSS and the nurses. Risultato: ho dovuto riagganciare per evitare di finire quasi insultata senza riuscire a capire semplicemente cosa fare per prenotare un esame. Mi auguro che il mio sia stato solo un episodio sfortunato altrimenti è forse meglio rimuovere il servizio perché pressoché inutile o rivedere i criteri di assunzione del personale. Bad telephone service due to aggression and unmotivated rudeness of the receptionist (the conversation was hardly even started). Result: I had to hang up to avoid ending up almost insulted without being able to simply figure out what to do to book an exam. I hope that mine was just an unfortunate episode otherwise it is perhaps better to remove the service because it is almost useless or to revise the criteria for hiring staff.

Soffro da anni di apnee notturne e fatico a respirare in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Volevo ringraziare la dottoressa Benedetta Pasquariello che mi è stata vicina con professionalità nei momenti di sconforto post intervento, spiegandomi con dolcezza che tutto sarebbe passato e che il fastidio che sentivo è il normale processo che porta alla guarigione. È evidente che ha a cuore il suo lavoro. Inoltre ringrazio tutto il personale infermieristico, specialmente Andrea e Daniele sempre disponibili ad aiutarci, sempre pronti a regalarci un sorriso rendendoci la permanenza in ospedale più serena. L'ultimo ricovero nel reparto di otorinolaringoiatria di Desio. Per ragioni complesse non è facile per me affrontare un ricovero, ma ho trovato persone straordinarie che me lo hanno reso sopportabile. Raramente ho trovato uno staff così gentile e disponibile, dal personale medico, ed infermieristico, a quello di servizio. Cito e ringrazio in modo particolare Andrea e Francesca che hanno dimostrato grande umanità e comprensione. Grazie! Department of Otolaryngology Hospital of Desio.
