Nessuno era al corrente di cosa stessi chiedendo, nonostante avessi l'e-mail sotto il naso.. A band of incompetents .... A	Ana Paula de Morais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono che nessuno risponde, mi sono recata al ufficio e sempre lo stesso argomento, dobbiamo inviare una mail e che nessuno risponde, ho messo 8 mesi per avere una pediatra al mio figlio neonato e per fare che qualcuno rispondesse ho dovuto inviare più di 10 mail di fila, dopo è arrivata la risposta dicendo che non accetta mail PEC, ma veramente??!!! Otto mesi per dirmi questo??? Adesso mio incubo riguarda il rinnovo della tessera.... è cominciato il mio calvario!!!! Certo può capitare, però almenoun avviso... Hanno mandato tutti in ospedale di Desio, meno male a Desio non ho avuto nessun problema per farlo senza prenotazione, in mezz'ora ho fatto tutto. Un " medico" che a momenti nemmeno si alza dalla sedia x vedere le condizioni del dito di mio figlio non chiede che cura sta facendo ne altra informazione a riguardo.ci liquida in meno di 5 minuti esordendo che i tempi di attesa sono moltooo lunghi quindi x l intervento andiamo a dopo le vacanze estive! Di prendere comunque appuntamento! Vado al l accettazione e mi dicono in tutta risposta che le agende sono ancora chiuse e non si sa il periodo di riapertura mi dice di provare ogni tanto a contattare il numero x avere informazioni sulle agende!
