★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella anche meno va alla commessa maleducatissima che ho trovato ieri mattina 6/07/20 ore 10. Sono entrata attirata da un abito sul manichino e la commessa senza neanche salutare ( base essenziale di questo lavoro) si avvicina mettendomi il gel disinfettante sulle mani. Io tranquilla le ho fatto presente che l'avevo appena messo uscita ora dal bar di fianco e lei con tono arrogante come se fossi una sua amica con cui aveva appena litigato, mi dice che non le interessa e che in ogni negozio che si entra il gel va messo. Io senza stare a risponderle perché con questa gente un po'ingnorante sarebbe meglio non averci a che fare, sono uscita immediatamente. Lei non contenta mentre uscivo ha ancora avuto da parlare. Torto o ragione sul gel non è questo il Punto, il punto è che c'è modo è modo di parlare con i clienti che portano soldi e sicuramente questo di questa ragazza è assolutamente fuori luogo. cara ragazza se non hai voglia di lavorare stai a casa che ti viene meglio. Io potevo essere un ipotetica cliente in quanto vivo a Verona ma in questo punto vendita finché ci sarà personale come te i miei soldi non li lascio sicuramente

I could have been a hypothetical customer as I live in Verona but in this store as long as there is staff like you I will definitely not leave my money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che gran scortesia dimostrata dalla commessa. Il mio treno era in ritardo e volevo proprio comprarmi una maglia. Chiedo se ci fosse lo sconto sul capo e quanto fosse. Di gran risposta mi ha detto se lei non è nostra cliente e non ha la tessera non può acquistare. Perplessa della scortese risposta mi aspettavo un se vuole le faccio la tessera, no ha ribadito l’impossibilità per me di accedere allo sconto. Dubito che mai io possa diventare cliente. Forse è il caso che il personale sappia fare il suo lavoro.

Bellissimi i vestiti, se cercate qualcosa di tendenza, carino, estroverso, colorato e giovanile ma soprattutto che duri nel tempo.
La commessa Andrea, simpaticissima, gentilissima e disponibilissima, oltre che professionale al massimo, ha detto infatti alla mia compagna di avere dei capi da 7/8 anni ancora praticamente perfetti!
Beh se cercate delle magliette o dei capi a 10 euro....non li troverete certo qui.
Ma se cercate dei capi alla moda, di tendenza e di una qualità elevata, anche per un regalo importante...allora un giretto dovete farlo!
Ovviamente ci sono anche scarpe ed accessori molto carini!!!
