★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il marchio Desigual si sta trasformando in qualcosa di banale e in linea con altri marchi. Una volta compravo spesso i loro vestiti e le borse, ma tornando dopo qualche mese sono rimasta delusa da questa svolta. Oltretutto questo è l'unico negozio rimasto in città, segno della crisi dovuta alla pandemia, ma forse anche per la perdita di clienti affezionate. Un gran peccato.
 Unfortunately the Desigual brand is turning into something banal and in line with other brands. I used to often buy their clothes and bags, but returning a few months later I was disappointed with this turnaround. Moreover, this is the only shop left in the city, a sign of the crisis due to the pandemic, but perhaps also due to the loss of loyal customers. A great pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень жаль, что когда-то большой магазин в огромном здании вокзала уменьшился вполовину: один из уровней просто убрали. Ассортимент очень небольшой. Продавцы готовы помочь. Это радует.
It is a pity that the once large store in the huge station building has halved: one of the levels was simply removed. The range is very small. Sellers are ready to help. This makes me happy.

Il problema è che la qualità di realizzazione del capo è molto bassa nonostante il prezzo sia tutt'altro che economico.
Avendo notato delle sfilacciature, ho chiesto alla commessa un capo differente ma era l'unico disponibile. A casa ho scoperto molte altre imperfezioni di cucitura e rifinitura. Dovuto portare dal sarto a riparare!!
I purchased men's trousers with a limited but satisfying selection of men's items.
The problem is that the quality of construction of the garment is very low despite the price being far from cheap.
Having noticed some fraying, I asked the saleswoman for a different item but it was the only one available. At home I discovered many other sewing and finishing imperfections. Had to take to the tailor to repair !!

Desigual associates are hourly and commission workers (based on my knowledge as a US associate) and the pressure to sell things to customers is real! Unfortunately, one of the associates was rather.. strange.
A feminine male associate was not very talkative and seemed to despise my presence. I did not purchase anything on my first walkthrough of the store.
My second walkthrough- purchase was made due to friendlier associates assisting me and my grandmother directly.
