A	Aniel salvi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potevo dare zero l' avrei dato, a gennaio ho contattato la concessionaria dicendo che avevo visto un auto che avrebbe fatto al caso mio, mi hanno risposto che appena possibile ( via Covid ) mi arebbero contattato e che la prima telefonata per correttezza l' avrebbero fatta a me essendo stato il primo a chiamare, questa mattina mi chiamano per dirmi che l auto non è piu' disponibile, avevo anche smesso di cercare ormai pensavo di aver trovato, serietà zero, il livello è veramente basso, pessima esperienza! If I could give zero I would have given it, in January I contacted the dealership saying that I had seen a car that would have been right for me, they replied that as soon as possible (via Covid) they would have contacted me and that the first phone call to be correct they would have made me having been the first to call, this morning they call me to tell me that the car is no longer available, I had also stopped searching now I thought I had found, seriousness zero, the level is really low, bad experience!

Beh mai visto un simile menefreghismo nei confronti di un potenziale cliente: si allontanava,rispondeva al telefono nel bel mezzo di una domanda senza nemmeno un" mi scusi", zero informazioni sull' auto,zero proposte, per nulla cordiale. Questa ha tot. Km, anno 20xx, poi scena muta...prezzo, garanzia ,allestimento, soluzioni di pagamento ho dovuto strappargliegli di bocca io,ad ogni domanda sembrava addirittura di fargli un torto. Da una casa come Land Rover mi sarei aspettato del personale più incline all'arte del saper vendere . Sicuramente la mia prossima auto sarà una Land ma ciò che è ancor più sicuro è che non la acquisterò presso questa concessionaria sfamando di provvigioni chi con molta probabilità ha sbagliato impiego!
