★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Reifendruck, das durch einen sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter sofort und unkompliziert gelöst wurde.
Diese Werkstätte kann voll und ganz empfehlen.
 I had a problem with the tire pressure, which was solved immediately and easily by a very nice and helpful employee.
This workshop can fully recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potete evitate . Mi sono recato li 3 volte e il problema non è stato risolto. Mentre aspettavo vedevo solo una persona anziana che lavorava al cambio di gomme e credo ci sia voluto almeno 2 ore per tale sostituzione. Nel frattempo arrivavano altre persone e venivano respinte perché non avevano tempo . Una signora ha anche chiesto una macchina di cortesia ma rifiutata anche quella. In ufficio sembra che ti fanno un favore se ti parlano. Io non ci metterò mai più piede. Questa è la mia esperienza ma se voi siete stati serviti bene, ben venga.
If you can avoid. I went there 3 times and the problem was not solved. While I was waiting, I only saw one elderly person working on the tire change and I think it took at least 2 hours for this replacement. Meanwhile, other people arrived and were rejected because they did not have time. One lady also asked for a courtesy car but refused that too. In the office it seems like they do you a favor if they talk to you. I will never set foot there again. This is my experience but if you have been served well, so be it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Saab 9-3 had a sudden engine failure on the Verona-Milano a4. My car was dropped at Garage Serenissima. After cleaning my gaspomp and tank for a very reasonable price the problem was not solved yet. Turned out to be a broken sensor. The owner (gianni) sended two of his technicians to my rental appartment 8 kilometers from Peschiera to drive the car back to the garage. Great help and charming people. Gianni speaks German and Inglish and there's a (Herz)car rental service. The best place to have a broken car on your holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using very expensive parts, and will be charge you more than other places! Very high prices for their services. With unclear and dirty clothes, enter and work in the car. My personal opinion not recommended this service and if you have option look for another one!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found out my Audi airco didn't work that well while on holidays at Garda. Needed to refill. Called them, at least one guy can speak reasonably English, made an appointment and went the next day for service.
They refilled my Aircon for a good price, 70 euro. He also explained me the ticket from the airco machine (it prints a report when it's done) felt very friendly and honest. Great service, was done in an hour.
