Si sono dimenticate di togliermi al tempo stabilito il decolorante. Risultato: CAPELLI BRUCIATI COMPLETAMENTE. A nulla sono serviti i numerosissimi trattamenti fatti. Avevo i capelli lunghi e adesso li ho dovuti tagliare cortissimi. NON LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE....ATTENZIONE SE CI TENETE ALLA SALUTE DEI VOSTRI CAPPELLI!!!!! Non-competent staff. They don't go by appointment therefore, they take on everyone who arrives and the result is very risky. They forgot to take off the bleach at the appointed time. Result: COMPLETELY BURNED HAIR.
