★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono qui per far cattiva pubblicità, ma credo che un'estetista debba fare la ceretta all'inguine se richiesta. Poco ma sicuro non prenderò più il buono di Groupon 25€ per 3 cerette COMPLETE (di cui sono riuscita a sfruttarne solo 1). Non credo sia di loro competenza decidere di sana pianta di annullare i suddetti buoni già acquistati o decidere di rifiutare di dare appuntamento a quelle persone che per l'appunto hanno già pagato per il servizio. Inoltre non mi sembra professionale parlare con tutte le clienti del proprio orientamento religioso. Personalmente mi ha fatto sentire a disagio quando le ho detto che mi definisco agnostica e mi ha apertamente detto che sbaglio e dovrei diventare testimone di Geova. Per il resto mi dispiace non poter mettere una buona parola neanche sul servizio ricevuto, come le dissi più volte, la cera era troppo calda e mi sono scottata ripetutamente (continuava ad alzare e abbassare la temperatura), tornata a casa ero piena di residui di cera e i peli c'erano ancora :(
I'm not here to advertise, but I think a beautician should wax the groin if required. Little but sure I will no longer take the Groupon voucher € 25 for 3 COMPLETE waxes (of which I managed to take advantage of only 1). I do not think it is their responsibility to decide on a healthy basis to cancel the aforementioned vouchers already purchased or to refuse to give an appointment to those people who have already paid for the service. Furthermore, it does not seem professional to me to talk to all the clients about their religious orientation. Personally, she made me feel uncomfortable when I told her I call myself an agnostic and openly told me that I am wrong and I should become one of Jehovah's Witnesses. For the rest I regret not being able to put a good word on the service received, as I said several times, the wax was too hot and I burned myself repeatedly (it kept raising and lowering the temperature), when I got home I was full of residues of wax and hair were still there :(

La facilità di parcheggio e il contorno dei giardini estrrni sono un valore aggiunto unica pecca il difficile accesso per coloro vhe sono inabili alle funzioni motorie degli arti inferiori o su dispositivi a rotelle,uno scivolo per disabili sarebbe meglio.
Great professionalism linked to a humanity make this place a winning combination. The ease of parking and the outline of the external gardens are a unique added value, but the difficult access for those who are disabled for the motor functions of the lower limbs or on wheeled devices, a slide for the disabled would be better.
