S	Susy 100 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata per chiedere informazioni per quando riguarda i prodotti esposti in vetrina, shampoo e trattamenti ristrutturati per capelli swarzhoff, e se facessero dei trattamenti ristrutturati non sapevo che ci fosse uno staff di parrucchieri che facessero anche tagli e pieghe, allora venuta a conoscenza della situazione mi sono subito affidata a una di loro per rivedere il taglio e piega ai miei capelli, mi sono trovata benissimo la ragazza che mi ha servito ha capito al volo cosa volevo dai miei capelli... Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta anche come prezzi molto onesti rispetto a parrucchieri che si spaccio o per stilisti e affidano i propri clienti a degli apprendisti con prezzi folli... Prima frequentavo solo il centro estetico, poi un giorno mi sono decisa di provare anche il settore "capelli". Qualche giorno fa provo la mia prima tinta professionale da loro e non scorderò mai l'attenzione, la cura e la professionalità con cui Simona è venuta incontro alle mie esigenze e ai miei mille dubbi (essendo la prima volta): davvero impeccabile. Veramente una scoperta da tenersi stretta! I have been a regular customer of this center for almost two years now. Before, I only attended the beauty center, then one day I decided to try the "hair" sector as well. A few days ago I tried my first professional color with them and I will never forget the attention, care and professionalism with which Simona met my needs and my thousand doubts (being the first time): truly impeccable. Truly a discovery to be held tight!

Clean and highly recommended beauty center: Giulia, the beautician who took care of me was very professional, she made me feel at ease despite being the first time in this salon and was also very precise about total-body hair removal .

La persona che mi ha tagliato i capelli o era fatto oppure era eccessivamente agitato a causa del fatto che stava per arrivare la fine del turno. Mi ha tagliato i capelli con un'agitazione e velocità insensata, per sistemarmi i capelli di dietro ha usato la lametta per la parte inferiore, come si fa di solito per "pulire" l'estremità più bassa e mi ha praticamente tagliato molto più del dovuto, rendendo il taglio più ridicolo di quello che era, tanto che gli amici mi hanno preso in giro per 2 settimane. Come se non bastasse, sempre in preda all'agitazione si è tagliato da solo con la lametta e, senza neanche medicarsi, ha cominciato ad asciugarmi i capelli con una mano mentre si ciucciava il dito dell'altra mano che sanguinava. C	Claudia “cla_m” Manca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono loro cliente fissa da qualche anno, ci sono stati alti e bassi dovuto soprattutto al fatto che era impossibile capitare sempre con la stessa estetista, per cui consiglio di specificare sempre da chi essere serviti in fase di prenotazione. I prezzi sono nella media, il centro molto pulito e c'è attenzione per i protocolli di igiene e sicurezza. Apprezzo soprattutto il fatto che non posso organizzarmi con settimane di anticipo per una ceretta e da loro riesco a trovare sempre un posto prenotando anche il giorno prima. Michela è l'estetista fissa a cui mi affido ormai ed è davvero brava e molto cordiale. Do 4 stelle perché invece reputo il centro molto carente sui servizi parrucchieri, e poco congruo in fatto di qualità/prezzo. Inoltre è capitato più di una volta che mi abbiano affibbiato servizi non richiesti come shampoo specifico, che ho dovuto pagare poi. The prices are average, the center very clean and there is attention to hygiene and safety protocols. I especially appreciate the fact that I cannot organize myself weeks in advance for a waxing and I can always find a place with them by booking even the day before. Michela is the regular beautician I trust now and she is really good and very friendly. I give 4 stars because instead I consider the center very lacking in hairdressing services, and not very adequate in terms of quality / price. It has also happened more than once that I have been hired for unsolicited services such as specific shampoo, which I then had to pay for.

Inoltre durante il trattamento mi son rilassata. L estetista ha parlato poco così ho potuto distentendere la mente. A volte trovi delle chiacchierone che in certi casi si preferisce il silenzio. Lo consiglio vivamente. Grazie I booked last minute waxing. They set me up for an appointment in less than 30 minutes. Professional and well structured. Also during the treatment I relaxed. The beautician spoke little so I could relax my mind. Sometimes you find talkers who in some cases prefer silence. I highly recommend it. Thank you
