Senza dubbio la Porchetta è la migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Ti si scioglie in bocca, letteralmente. Inoltre ho avuto la fortuna di assaggiare anche il Guanciale, che dire!? Prodotto unico e profumato, dal gusto deciso e delicato allo stesso tempo. Oltre ai prodotti ottimi, le proprietarie sono gentilissime e attentissime alle esigenze del cliente. Wow! Devo dire che non ho mai assaggiato dei prodotti così buoni. La cosa più sorprendente è la loro leggerezza e freschezza! Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di fare tale esperienza non ve ne pentirete! La prossima volta assaggerò la vostra Porchetta, promesso ! During the Christmas period some friends advised me to buy some Dentico products, so I mobilized to place an order of sausages and couples. Visto la bella giornata e la bellissima passeggiata, io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di fermarci in una salumeria storica del quartiere. Appena entriamo vediamo il cartello con su scritto "Qui si vende e se magna la mejo Porchetta d'Ariccia, la Porchetta di Dentico". Incuriositi non ci siamo fatti scappare l'occasione di farci fare due panini. Al primo morso ho detto WOW! Ed entrambi non ci siamo parlati per tutta la pausa pranzo!! Una delizia complimenti Dentico!! A short time ago I was traveling around Rome and precisely in front of the Pantheon. Given the beautiful day and the beautiful walk, my wife and I decided to stop at a historic delicatessen in the neighborhood. As soon as we enter we see the sign that says "Here the mejo Porchetta d'Ariccia, Porchetta di Dentico is sold and magna". Intrigued, we did not miss the opportunity to make us two sandwiches.
