Posso invece dire Che 2 prodotti tra quelli arrivati non erano gli stessi che avevo ordinato. Al telefono una signora insisteva nel dire che il salame corallina stagionato da 1 kg (come da sito ) era la stessa cosa dei 2 salami tipo Napoli (come da etichetta) da 1/2 kg molli molli che sono arrivati... Inoltre io avevo chiesto una spianata romana e mi è arrivata una pancetta affumicata al pepe ... e la stessa signora, ha giustificato la cosa dicendo che probabilmente la spianata non c'era e l'avevano sostituita con la pancetta... dopodiché ha detto ci scusi è ha riattaccato... Scusate... ma vi sembra una cosa corretta? Non si usa più avvisare il cliente e comunicare che manca un prodotto è magari chiedergli se vuole sostituirlo con un altro prodotto?? Sono rimasta di sasso.... I can not yet say anything about the quality of the products I purchased, because they arrived punctually yesterday. I can instead say that 2 products among those arrived were not the same ones I had ordered. On the phone a lady insisted that the salami seasoned by 1 kg (as per site) was the same as the 2 salami type Naples (as per the label) of 1/2 kg soft soft that arrived ... Also I had asked for a Roman dish and I got a smoked bacon with pepper ... and the same lady, justified the thing saying that probably there was not the flat and they had replaced it with bacon ... then said excuse me is he hung up ... Sorry ... but does it seem like a good thing? It is no longer used to warn the customer and to communicate that a product is missing is to ask if he wants to replace it with another product? I was stunned ....
