★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...già dalla visita di controllo ho avuto l'impressione che fosse un postaccio. Ma mi sono detto...magari per una visita di controllo....poi il preventivo. Ok...ci penso ed organizzo una pulizia dei denti...come ..test... da dimenticare . Catena di montaggio. Seguono tre pazienti ti alla volta. Veloci. Pensano al numero senza qualità. Al limite del pericoloso. Non andate. E poi non dite che non vi abbiamo avvisati.
 ... from the inspection visit I had the impression that it was a bad place. But I said to myself ... maybe for a checkup ... then the estimate. Ok ... I think about it and organize a teeth cleaning ... like ... test ... to forget. Assembly line. Three patients follow you at a time. Quick. They think of the number without quality. At the limit of the dangerous. Don't go. And then don't say we haven't warned you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo complimentarmi con tutto il personale, e dare una valutazione positiva sia ai medici molto competenti, che a tutto il personale qualificato e attento alle esigenze del cliente. La scorsa settimana ho avuto un intervento, e sono molto soddisfatta di tutto il lavoro svolto, massima professionalità in tutto.
I wanted to compliment all the staff, and give a positive evaluation to both very competent doctors, and to all the qualified personnel who are attentive to the client's needs. Last week I had an intervention, and I am very satisfied with all the work done, maximum professionalism in everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle al direttore sanitario che mi estrasse 2 denti del giudizio in 3 mesi con il minimo fastidio ed un guarigione rapida di circa 7 giorni. 1 stella all' endodonzia. Curai un carie di media dimensione 2 anni fa, che è diventata necrosi con radice marcia, cosicché ora mi chiedono 1000 euro per salvarlo in altro studio. Se lo avessi saputo, lo avrei fatto devitalizzare subito, ma mi dissero che non ne esistevano i presupposti! Male.
5 stars to the medical director who extracted 2 wisdom teeth in 3 months with the least discomfort and a quick recovery of about 7 days. 1 star to endodontics. I treated a medium-sized caries 2 years ago, which became necrosis with rotten root, so that now they ask me for 1000 euros to save it in another studio. If I had known, I would have had him devitalized immediately, but they told me that the conditions did not exist! Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato nello studio per una piccola emergenza, e pur non essendo un loro cliente mi hanno risolto il problema gratuitamente . Personale gentilissimo, avrebbero potuto tranquillamente approfittare per farmi pagare anche una cifra piuttosto alta che , vista la situazione di dolore , avrei pagato in ogni caso. Invece non mi hanno chiesto nulla. In futuro sarò sicuramente un loro paziente
I went to the studio for a small emergency, and despite not being a client of theirs, they solved the problem for me for free. Very kind staff, they could have easily taken the opportunity to make me pay a rather high amount that, given the painful situation, I would have paid in any case. Instead they didn't ask me for anything. I will definitely be their patient in the future
