Dopo 5 giorni sentivo un dolore atroce al dente, ho chiamato allo studio per avere supporto e la segretaria insisteva che la mia fosse solo “sensibilità” e non vero dolore. Mi ha detto di aspettare altre 24 ore e nel caso di fissare un altro appuntamento. La mia reazione è stata quella di chiamare un altro dentista che mi ha visto la mattina successiva con urgenza: in sintesi, l’otturazione non solo era stata fatta male e intaccava il nervo, ma si era anche infiammata e il mio dolore non era solo una “forte sensibilità”, come a detta della ragazza che invece di passarmi un vero medico si è improvvisata dentista. Buoni solo per pulizie dei denti! Per le altre cose, rivolgetevi a veri dentisti. Terrible experience of a poorly performed and rough filling. Pulizia e fluoro a 120 euro (solo per il fluoro di 4 minuti di cui l'applicazione non richiede alcuna competenza tecnica --> 40 euro), fatta di fretta in un totale di 25 minuti. Dall'altro lato c'è la commerciale che continua a cercare di convincerti che hai sempre bisogno di altri trattamenti estetici che secondo lei però sono NECESSARI giusto per farti spillare soldi. Poi il dentista ti dice che ha tolto tutte le macchie senza farti vedere nulla, arrivi a casa prendi lo specchio e ne vedi ancora molte. Lavoro fatto male e non pagato poco. Sconsiglio completamente. Mai piú Dental pro. Alla fine mi sono rivolto al classico studio dentistico, anche se ero interessato ad affidarmi a questo nuovo concetto di dentista a primo impatto innovativo ma gestione del cliente poco curata. Mi hanno fatto un preventivo altissimo facendomi credere che avessi chissà quante carie, ma dopo aver pagato la modica cifra di 1000 euro, il tutto si è ristretto in 2 appuntamenti, più la pulizia, ma anche questo può essere accettabile se non fosse che ero andata per un semplice controllo di routine (non avevo dolori ne fastidi di nessun tipo), e durante l'ultima seduta mi hanno fatto molto male. Il dolore mi è rimasto, sono tornata per diverse settimane, ogni volta mi facevano parlare con un medico nuovo, ma nessuno ha saputo risolvere niente, ne darmi delle spiegazioni di quello che era successo.Il dolore ce l'ho ancora. Ovviamente mai più!!! The prices are definitely high. But that's the least. Intanto qui mi avrebbero fatto spendere più di 200 euro. Ma la deontologia? Sono davvero delusa. With a second opinion, I found out I was going to be scammed. Two 'tiny' caries found to be nonexistent. Meanwhile, here they would have made me spend more than 200 euros. But the deontology? I am really disappointed.

Le ragazze alla reception molto gentili e disponibili . Un ambiente molto accogliente. Consiglio a tutti. Anche perché la visita di controllo e preventivo sono gratuiti. Sicuramente tornerò dopo le feste. I went to the 22Marzo Milano clinic for teeth cleaning. The doctor explained every step and I went out happy. The girls at the reception very nice and helpful. A very welcoming environment. I recommend to everyone. Also because the check-up and estimate visit are free. I will definitely be back after the holidays.
