Scusate, ma dal dentista posso mai andare a fare l'asportazione della cistifellea? Serve che questa gente capisca che bisogna essere professionali e trattare il cliente con garbo, senza prenderlo in giro pensando che loro sono i furbi e gli altri tutti stupidi... Il giorno stesso che sono fuggita via da quelle persone arroganti ho chiamato un altro studio dentistico che mi ha prenotato dopo tre giorni e mi ha fatto tutto quello richiesto con gentilezza e professionalità... Pur essendo solo un odontotecnico, in più occasioni mi ha fatto lavori che solo un odontoiatra o un igienista dentale dovrebbero fare. Nothing to complain about the staff who carry out their work correctly but the owner of the studio is unprofessional. Although he is only a dental technician, on several occasions he has given me jobs that only a dentist or a dental hygienist should do.

Metto 4 stelle solamente per i prezzi effettivamente un po altini e per i tempo di attesa un po lunghi. Qualified and highly trained staff.
