Grande professionalità e gentilezza da parte dei Dottori, i quali, dandomi una accurata spiegazione delle mie problematiche, mi hanno immediatamente instradata verso la soluzione migliore. Sono pochi i medici che rendono partecipe il paziente nell'attuazione delle cure più adatte, condividendone le motivazioni, spesso non sai nè perchè nè cosa esattamente ti viene fatto. Ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere il centro dentistico per caso e posso già dire che diventerà il mio dentista di fiducia. Consigliatissimo, specialmente per chi, come me, ama prendersi cura di se stesso. Grazie!. Mi sono recato solo per una semplice igiene e, senza troppe pressioni mi ha consigliato di risolvere un piccolo problema ad un molare. Gratuitamente mi hanno fatto una panoramica (rx) e con parole semplici e comprensibili mi ha illustrato il dafarsi. Assolutamente ve lo consiglio!!!! Ho scoperto il centro dentistico Primo di Barletta per caso ma sicuramente ci ritornerò e lo raccomanderò a parenti e amici! Sono stata seguita dal Dottor Moffa per tutto il percorso di cura e posso garantire che è il migliore che io conosca. Ho fatto 4 otturazioni, detartasi e messo una capsula e ad ogni appuntamento mi ha messa a mio agio, non mi ha fatto sentire il minimo dolore e ad ogni passo mi spiegava cosa stava facendo, cosa rara perché la maggior parte dei dentisti fanno il loro lavoro senza considerarti minimamente! Molto professionali anche le assistenti katia, Lucia e Stefania sia nell'organizzazione degli appuntamenti (mai aspettato più di 5 minuti in sala d'attesa) sia nel mettere a proprio agio i clienti, sia nella cura del cliente stesso. Professionalism, competence, kindness, availability, humanity, friendliness, courtesy and so on and so forth!
