How come after 10 years the radiator has punctured 2 times in different places? I guess they are not in steel but in galvanized iron. Quite right?

Termoarredo che si è dimostrato essere non funzionante.
A distanza di mesi non ho ancora ricevuto il termoarredo riparato/sostituito.
Ogni volta la motivazione/giustificazione è differente, sembrano tutte prese in giro a essere sinceri.
Considerando la cifra che si spende per un termoarredo (poi, per carità, se funzionasse li varrebbe tutti quei soldi) penso sia lecito aspettarsi un'assistenza più efficiente.
Through a trusted shop I received a heated towel rail.
Radiator that has been shown to be non-functional.
Months later, I still haven't received the radiator repaired / replaced.
Each time the motivation / justification is different, they all seem to be mocked to be honest.
Considering the amount that is spent on a heated towel rail (then, for heaven's sake, if it worked it would be worth all that money) I think it is reasonable to expect more efficient assistance.
