Trovo inoltre che per il costo di alcuni di essi, un piccolo corso non a pagamento, eventualmente anche via telefono, sarebbe auspicabile. Provo a chiamare per avere informazioni e mi rimandano di 10 minuti in 10 minuti. Ho scritto 2 mail per dei chiarimenti ed ho avuto risposta solo ad 1, mentre per l'altra sto aspettando dal 26 giugno. I find the instruments bulky and the SW are not very friendly. I also find that for the cost of some of them, a small free course, possibly even by phone, would be desirable. I try to call for information and they send me 10 minutes in 10 minutes. I wrote 2 e-mails for clarifications and I only got 1 reply, while for the other I have been waiting since June 26th.
