D	Domenico Venditto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVIZIO PESSIMO mi sono recato presso questo ambulatorio lamentando un dolore al bicipite brachiale e avambraccio dopo una competizione . Ho spiegato l'accaduto al radiologo ma purtroppo mi ha analizzato la zona sbagliata ( bicipite spalla e non bicipite avambraccio ) costringendomi ad eseguire una seconda ecografia a pagamento , rischiando soprattutto di aumentare la gravità dell'infotunio se dovete fare un'ecografia sicuramente è il POSTO MENO CONSIGLIATO DELLA ZONA BAD SERVICE I went to this clinic complaining of brachial biceps and forearm pain after a competition. Appuntamento alle 18:30 per un ECG, arrivo 10 minuti dopo (tangenziale completamente bloccata e pioggia incessante) e la ragazza in reception scocciata mi chiede di tornare il mattino dopo (certo, uno chiede un permesso a lavoro senza un minimo di preavviso). Rispondo che l'ECG è propedeutico ad un intervento fissato per dopodomani e chiedo cortesemente di farmi visitare. Si consulta nuovamente con il medico che decide di eseguire la visita che mi spettava. In conclusione, esame eseguito in meno di 2 minuti, il dottore non ha spiccicato parola circa il mio referto.Ho trovato una disumanità vergognosa. Le strutture sanitarie sono ambienti dove le persone si recano malvolentieri, attendendo in ansia esiti di esami e voi, invece di mostrarvi accomodanti e gentili, vi sentite in diritto di rispondere male alle persone con fare altezzoso. Non tornerò sicuramente più. Se non avete voglia di lavorare, lasciate il posto a chi invece ne ha bisogno!! Embarrassing staff. Appointment at 18:30 for an ECG, I arrive 10 minutes later (ring road completely blocked and incessant rain) and the annoyed girl at the reception asks me to come back the next morning (sure, one asks for a leave to work without a minimum of notice). I reply that the ECG is preparatory to an intervention scheduled for the day after tomorrow and I kindly ask to be examined. He consults again with the doctor who decides to perform the visit that was due to me. In conclusion, an examination performed in less than 2 minutes, the doctor did not say a word about my report.I found a shameful inhumanity. Healthcare facilities are environments where people reluctantly go, anxiously awaiting the results of exams and you, instead of being accommodating and kind, feel entitled to respond badly to people with haughty behavior. I will definitely not go back. If you don't want to work, give way to those who need it !!

Medico mascherina abbassata, niente camici tnt, guanti, ffp2 e igienizzazione. 2h late waiting room 11places others in queue standing on the stairs. No compliance with covid rules. Doctor with mask lowered, no tnt gowns, gloves, ffp2 and sanitation.

Capisco che dipenderà dai vari consulenti ma occupare mezza mattinata per una terapia di 5 minuti sembra eccessivo Starting the outpatient clinic activity at 09.30 is perhaps a bit late considering that there is no continuous timetable. Appuntamento alle 18.30 ed ancora qui ad aspettare il turno ore 19.40 e chissà quando finisce. Disorganizzazione al Top!!! Full of PEOPLE in the corridor, on the stairs, at the entrance not being able to respect the anti covid19 distancing rules. Appointment at 18.30 and still here to wait for the shift at 19.40 and who knows when it ends. Disorganization at the Top !!!

Mi è però successa una cosa strana che poi si è ripetuta con mia moglie. Quando ho fatto la visita per il certificato per attività sportiva mi hanno diagnosticato una aritmia quindi per avere il certificato ho dovuto dare degli accertamenti con elettrocardiogramma sotto sforzo che guarda caso fanno anche qua a pagamento I have always enjoyed myself both as an analysis laboratory and for specialist visits Sometimes punctuality is lacking but overall the staff is very kind and competent. But a strange thing happened to me that was then repeated with my wife. When I made the visit for the certificate for sporting activity I was diagnosed with an arrhythmia so to get the certificate I had to give tests with an electrocardiogram under stress which happens to be also here for a fee

Mi hanno chiamata qualche minuto prima rispetto l’orario dell’appuntamento. Visita (per certificato buona salute) abbastanza scrupolosa (ne ho fatte di molto più superficiali).
