Die Lage ist grossartig, da man den Hafen überblicken kann und in ca. 5-10 auch im Ortszentrum und am Strand ist. Ausserdem gibt es reichlich Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Ivan war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns auch eine sehr späte Anreise ganz einfach ermöglichen konnte und uns bei Restaurantreservierungen oder der Strandauswahl zum Kiten u.ä. immer behilflich war. Wir kommen sicher wieder. The apartment was wonderful, clean and perfectly equipped. The location is great, as you can overlook the harbor and in about 5-10 you are in the center and on the beach. There is also plenty of parking space right outside the front door. Ivan was a great host, who was also able to make a very late arrival very easy for us and he could help us with restaurant reservations or the choice of beaches for kiting and the like. was always helpful. We'll be back for sure.

La cucina è completa di tutto il necessario per preparare pranzi e cene da godersi sulla terrazza! Ivan è gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha consigliato ottimi ristoranti e spiaggie da vedere! Ci torneremo sicuramente! We spent a wonderful holiday in Marina di Ragusa, the apartment / penthouse is perfect for visiting the beautiful town, a few steps from the center and the beach, beautiful sunsets from the terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners to enjoy on the terrace! Ivan is very kind and helpful, he recommended excellent restaurants and beaches to see! We will definitely be back!
L	Laura Mazzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho apprezzato tutto di questa sistemazione: Casa perfetta, a piano terra, con veranda esterna e doccia, ingresso in soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto comodo, camera matrimoniale ampia con letto matrimoniale comodo e letti a castello. Bagno grande con doccia, lavatrice, phon e ferro da stiro. Il mare è davvero a 3 minuti a piedi, posizione centralissima con posto auto davanti all’ingresso di casa, cucina funzionale con tutto l’occorrente per preparare colazione e pasti semplici. Rapporto qualità-prezzo strepitoso e proprietario di casa di una gentilezza squisita. Da segnare nell’elenco dei posti dove tornare! Grazie Ivan I liked everything about this accommodation: Perfect house, on the ground floor, with outdoor veranda and shower, entrance into the living room with kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed, large double bedroom with comfortable double bed and bunk beds. Large bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and iron. The sea is really a 3-minute walk away, very central location with parking space in front of the house entrance, functional kitchen with everything you need to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Amazing value for money and home owner of an exquisite kindness. To be marked in the list of places to return to! Thanks Ivan
