La Dott.ssa è la sostituta del mio medico. Avendo necessità l'ho contattata e mi hanno fissato un appuntamento a distanza di pochi giorni. Li per li ho pensato che fossero molto efficienti. Peccato che quando mi presento in studio non c'è traccia del mio appuntamento. Faccio presente che ho dovuto chiedere un permesso al lavoro per essere li. L'addetta al ricevimento dice che mi inserisce tra 2 appuntamenti. Mi siedo e scropo ca 30 min dopo che mi sono stata inserita alla fine. Quindi sarei stata l'ultima e prima di 1 h e 30 min la dott.ssa non mi avrebbe ricevuto. I state that I am not a user of Dr.ssa and that I do not know her personally. My review is bad due to poor dating management. Dr. is the substitute for my doctor. Having need I contacted her and they fixed me an appointment a few days later. But I thought they were very efficient. Too bad that when I show up in the studio there is no trace of my appointment. I would like to point out that I had to apply for a permit to work to be there. The clerk says she puts me between 2 appointments. I sit down and crawl about 30 minutes after I have been inserted at the end. So I would have been the last and before 1 h and 30 min the doctor would not have received me.

I primi anni mi è sembrata molto più umana e disponibile e per il poco che ho visto sufficientemente competente. Ho deciso di cambiarla come medico di base perché negli ultimamente è stata a dir poco "spigolosa" nelle visite e nelle risposte per mail e con un atteggiamento di sopportazione, zero empatia. Probabilmente ha troppi pazienti e/o stanca della professione. I have had her as a primary care physician for many years, fortunately with very little need to use her service. I decided to change her as a general practitioner because in recent times she has been nothing short of "edgy" in her visits and responses by email and with an attitude of tolerance, zero empathy. Dopo 3 volte in cui la dinamica è sempre stata la stessa, ho cambiato medico, risolvendo il problema.
