★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto molto deluso,ho portato a ripare il mio longines,dopo 2 mesi di attesa, mi hanno chiamato per accettare o meno un preventivo di 180€ proposto loro dalla Longines. Ho accettato, ma al momento del ritiro il prezzo era aumentato a 245€, senza nessuna motivazione e senza avermene mai dato comunicazione.
Quando ho fatto notare la differenza di prezzo, hanno provato a trovare diverse scuse,alla fine mi hanno fatto pagare, quasi facendomi un favore 200€.
I was very disappointed, I took my Longines to be repaired, after 2 months of waiting, they called me to accept or not a quote of 180 € proposed to them by Longines. I accepted, but at the time of withdrawal the price had increased to € 245, without any reason and without ever having informed me.
When I pointed out the price difference, they tried to find different excuses, in the end they made me pay, almost doing me a favor 200 €.
