In data 07/11 con un SMS mi viene comunicato l'indisponibilità dell'articolo e l'eventuale sostituzione con un altro prodotto. Rispondo che preferisco che l'ordine venga annullato e richiedo il relativo riaccredito su PayPal dell'importo. A tutt'oggi, dopo diversi solleciti sia con SMS che dal loro sito, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Questa non è professionalità! I ordered a pesticide on their website online on 03/11. On 07/11 with an SMS I am informed of the unavailability of the item and the possible replacement with another product. I reply that I prefer that the order is canceled and I request that the amount be credited back to PayPal. To date, I have received no reply after several reminders both via SMS and their website. This is not professionalism!
