A negozio vuoto nessuno mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno di aiuto e durante il servizio l'addetto o il titolare continuava a guardare il computer. Sia in entrata che in uscita il saluto è stato freddo e senza guardare negli occhi.
I would have expected a little more friendliness and professionalism. When the shop was empty, nobody asked me if I needed help and during the service the attendant or the owner kept looking at the computer. Both inbound and outbound the greeting was cold and without looking into the eyes.
