★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente TuaAssicurazioni è la più cara sul mercato senza validi motivi, ma fra tutte le agenzie di Roma e dintorni quella di Santa Maria delle Mole è veramente la peggiore!!!! Viene raccomandata dal suo amico dell'autosalone di usato sicuro che sta vicino Ciampino facendo credere di avere convenzioni e quindi prezzi più bassi, mentre in realtà non invia neppure via mail i documenti dell'auto comprata per cui a un anno di distanza la targa della mia auto non risulta presente fra le auto di Roma e mettono addirittura in discussione il fatto che abbia avuto questa assicurazione per un anno!!! Nel database nazionale non si legge la mia classe di rischio e chiaramente se ne lavano le mani!!! Per scusarsi mi propongono una polizza assicurativa vantaggiosa anche se poi l'importo è una volta e mezza quello di mercato ed è esattamente lo stesso che chiesero un anno prima con la macchina che aveva un valore sicuramente maggiore: veramente professionalità nulla è grossa maleducazione assolutamente da evitare!!!!!

The national database does not read my risk class and clearly they wash their hands !!! To apologize, they offer me an advantageous insurance policy even if the amount is one and a half times that of the market and it is exactly the same as they asked a year earlier with the car that was certainly more valuable: truly professionalism nothing is big rudeness absolutely to be to avoid!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo che l educazione ed il rispetto sia la base dei rapporti, in genere, sia umani, ma in particolare quelli professionali.
Specie quando si sbaglia, sarebbe doveroso chiedere scusa, ma ciò non è successo, trovo veramente scadente il modus operandi, di un signore che non ha avuto neanche il coraggio di presentarsi, visto il comportamento pessimo che ha tenuto nei miei confronti.
Questo la dice lunga sulla qualità della persona e del suo profilo professionale.
