Se non l'ha fatto apposta, va bene, ma se invece l'ha fatto si vergoni, fregare così la povera gente. Organizzazione buona, ho incontrato una dipendente disponibile, solo che come una utente, si è lamentata del fatto che non le è stato dato il resto giusto, a me è capitata la stessa identica cosa, ho fatto una carta d'identità nuova ho dato 20 euro, perché non si poteva pagare con bancomat, e non avevo i soldi giusti, ho dato 20 euro, e sono riuscito solo a prelevare 50, quando sono tornato mi è stato dato un resto di 45 euro, spero sia stato un errore, altrimenti se è stato fatto intenzionalmente non è una cosa bella. E	Erik Mani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto disponibile (considerando l’emergenza COVID-19 dove generalmente gli uffici fanno perdere molto tempo) Sono molto organizzati con appuntamenti e con la pazienza nel informare i cittadini con le varie soluzioni più veloci per le pratiche online via pec o in ufficio. Una buona formazione e dedizione riescono a gestire le pratiche in modo molto efficiente. Sono andato in questo ufficio diverse volte è mi sono trovato sempre molto bene. Considerando che è la delegazione con maggiore affluenza sono comunque molto tempestivi. Personale eccezionale complimenti.
