Appena esposto il problema sono stati molto professionali e gentilissimi, dicendo che per velocizzare avrebbero provveduto direttamente loro alla riparazione se fosse stato possibile; in modo da non inviarlo alla casa madre che allungherebbe di molto i tempi. In una settimana hanno riparato il mio orologio spigandomi anche come fare in modo che non succeda nuovamente (non cambiava più la data).
Ed inoltre ora la funzione di illuminazione non perde un colpo, cosi scoprendo che già da nuovo non funzionava a dovere.... Avendo avuto prova dello loro professionalità nel caso di un acquisto per un secondo orologio mi rivolgerò a loro.
I brought a watch not purchased from them for a warranty repair. As soon as they exposed the problem they were very professional and very kind, saying that to speed up they would have directly repaired them if it had been possible; so as not to send it to the parent company which would greatly lengthen the time. In a week they repaired my watch, also telling me how to make sure it doesn't happen again (the date never changed).
And also now the lighting function does not miss a beat, thus discovering that it was not working properly since new .... Having had proof of their professionalism in the case of a purchase for a second watch I will turn to them.
