Il personale è disponibile e cordiale. All'interno del cortile c'è un comodo parcheggio per caricare il materiale acquistato. In this shop I find ready-made canvases of all sizes, both rough and smooth, both 1.8 and 4 cm thick and it is a huge advantage; also frames, colors, brushes and material for my artistic passion. The staff are helpful and friendly. Inside the courtyard there is a convenient parking for loading the purchased material.

R	Roby L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato dipinto costoso ad incorniciare il 13/01. Mi reco il giorno concordato per ritiro e non è pronto rimandandomi a qualche gg dopo. Quindi ritorno a ritirarlo, lo porto a casa e mi accorgo di difetti nella cornice e che il dipinto non era stato ben fissato. Torno indietro e lo riconsegno. Chiamo un paio di volte e non è pronto. Telefono qualche GG fa e mi dicono che è pronto!! Allora ieri vado a ritirarlo (SESTA VOLTA CHE VADO NEL NEGOZIO) ...E mi dicono che non è ancora pronto...totale un mese 3 giorni ed io non ho ancora il niente in mano, a parte scontrino perché ho già pagato 97 euro!!!! Lascio a chi legge le deduzioni della mia pessima esperienza. PS ho chiesto se visto che era la sesta volta che andavo potevano almeno portarmelo loro, ovviamente no. Metto una stella perché meno non posso. Brought expensive painting to frame 1/13. I go on the agreed day for collection and it is not ready, postponing me to a few days later. And they tell me it's not ready yet ... total one month 3 days and I still don't have anything in hand, apart from the receipt because I have already paid 97 EUR!!!! I leave the deductions of my bad experience to the reader. PS I asked if since it was the sixth time I went they could at least bring it to me, obviously not. I put a star because I can't less.
F	Flavio Binaggia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente. Ho portato due quadri da incorniciare con consegna prevista dopo due settimane. Venti minuti prima del ritiro, mi scrivono che non sono pronte. Le ritiro dopo alcuni giorni (e diversi solleciti), ma ci accorgiamo subito del pessimo lavoro. Una cornice è ammaccata (difetto presente sicuramente prima di essere montata in quanto l’ammaccatura è anche nella parte interna della cornice. La signora del negozio diceva che era solo un po’ di colla… davvero?) e presenta anche ampie crepe sulla superficie. L’altra aveva i bordi che non coincidevano, ma non abbiamo potuto controllare bene perché continuavano a toglierci le cornici dalle mani per non farci vedere dicendo che avrebbero sistemato. Dopo alcuni giorni richiamo per avere info e mi fanno presente che avevano smontato le cornici. A quel punto mi precipito in negozio per riprendermi i quadri prima di avere brutte sorprese. chi ci segue ci fa sapere che non le avrebbero comunque sistemate perché siamo troppo pignoli (oppure semplicemente loro non sono in grado di lavorare bene) e un quadro aveva anche il telaio storto (e te ne accorgi ora dopo che la prima volta me le stavi consegnando? Bastava semplicemente proporre una cornice differente che avrebbe annullato il difetto del telaio… ad esempio una cornice più profonda). In ogni caso ci riprendiamo i quadri contenti di esserci liberati di questo negozio. Era la prima volta e di sicuro non torneremo mai più. PS I quadri riconsegnati avevano ancora i chiodi utilizzati per la cornice smontata che uscivano dal telaio, rendendoli di fatto pericolosi. To be avoided absolutely. At that point I rush into the shop to get the paintings back before I have any nasty surprises. those who follow us let us know that they would not have fixed them anyway because we are too fussy (or simply they are not able to work well) and a painting also had a crooked frame (and you realize it now after the first time you were me delivering? It was enough simply to propose a different frame that would have canceled the defect of the frame ... for example a deeper frame). In any case, we take back the paintings happy to be free of this shop. It was our first time and for sure we will never go back. PS The returned paintings still had the nails used for the disassembled frame that came out of the frame, making them in fact dangerous.

Io e la mia famiglia ci serviamo da loro da anni, torniamo per fare due specchi ( vista l'esperienza piacevole di anni e anni fa). Ritiriamo gli specchi e al montaggio ci rendiamo conto delle misure errate. Con la fattura in mano chiamiamo e una commessa MALEDUCATISSIMA ci risponde frettolosamente che ci avrebbe richiamato. Dopo due ore che provo a chiamare mi rispondono e con una maleducazione mai vista prima mi liquida dicendo che non era nulla di che il mio problema. Insomma avete perso clienti che si servivano da voi da una vita. E "Carissima" chiamate i vostri parenti non i clienti!!! If I could give 0 stars it would still be too much!
