Molto da ridire invece sui prezzi, un'indecenza. Ma un'indecenza rara... 473 euro per l'apertura di un cilindretto (di un box non blindato) di scarsa qualità (4 minuti), e la sostituzione (25 minuti). Il fatto che abbiano reso un servizio rapido e che mi abbiano risolto un problema non giustifica 473 euro per 38 minuti di lavoro (compresa emissione fattura). Il cilindretto su amazon costa 14 euro, l'apertura è banale). Mi sarebbero sembrati esagerati 200 euro, ma li avrei spesi col sorriso vista la gentilezza del fabbro e la rapidità. Cerco su google dei fabbri chiedendo dei preventivi, il loro inizialmente è molto competitivo mi dicono 30 euro e poi dipende dal lavoro. Arriva il fabbro che mi dice che per l'apertura porta in urgenza costa di base 300 euro. No commenti ho contattato il titolare che ribalza laa responsabilità sulle segretarie che non sanno com'è la porta....ma se il costo fisso come minimo è quello è bene che lo si dica subito no? Sono molto amareggiato, sconsiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi a questa ditta e consiglio al titolare di togliere dal logo la scritta "una buona reputazione vale più di grandi ricchezze" perché è palesemente tutto una farsa. Consiglio per qualsiasi problema di rivolgersi a loro, io personalmente non ho trovato di meglio. Dovevo cambiare la serratura di una porta blindata, ho chiamato il numero verde e mi hanno fissato un appuntamento nell’immediato. Aggiungo che quando con il cliente hai empatia, e qua ne hanno da vendere, non ti pesa neanche pagare. Non ho altro da aggiungere se non grazie, sia del lavoro che della piacevole conoscenza del personale preposto alla lavorazione della serratura. GRAZIE.
