Siamo stati li con mio marito due volte e ci ha confermato un prezzo al metro quadro dicendo
" di essere chiari per non avere sorprese ".
Poi saltano fuori problemi col calcolo del terreno (60mila euro in più perché edificabile e non agricolo) e ci passiamo sopra. Un errore può capitare a tutti. Facciamo 2 incontri con l'architetto e con tanto di bozza salta fuori che il prezzo a metro quadro è aumentato perché " non ci sta dentro con i costi". Altri 60mila euro sopra.. non ci si comporta così.
Non lo consiglio, poco ma davvero POCO professionale e poco chiaro e dopo che ti ha fatto perdere un macello di tempo ti aumenta i prezzi( prezzi già confermati per tutti gli incontri)alla fine lasciandoti con una grande delusione.

What to say, Mr. Del Ben is not a serious person and of his word.
We went there with my husband twice and he confirmed a price per square meter by saying
"to be clear so as not to have surprises".
Then problems arise with the calculation of the land (60 thousand euros more because it can be built and not agricultural) and we get over it. A mistake can happen to anyone. We have 2 meetings with the architect and with a lot of draft it turns out that the price per square meter has increased because "it doesn't fit in with the costs". Another 60 thousand euros above .. we do not behave like this.
I do not recommend it, little but really LITTLE professional and unclear and after it has made you waste a mess of time it increases your prices (prices already confirmed for all meetings) in the end leaving you with a great disappointment.
NEVER AGAIN.
