Accolgono il cliente e lo fanno sentire subito a proprio agio. Il cibo è fresco e genuino, la cottura sempre azzeccata e il bouquet di sapori è equilibrato. Ottima scelta di vini e dessert golosi. La sala è curata, anche se l'esterno è un anonimo e non all'altezza della qualità della cucina. I prezzi sono in linea con la cucina d'eccellenza (media della singola portata 14,00€). Abbiamo preso: seppioline su crema di piselli, tonno alla DegustàBono, baccalà fritto con salsa maionese fatta in casa, tagliolini con scampi gamberi e tartufo del Pollino, polpo grigliato su purea di patate con polvere di olive, tiramisù rivisitato. Vino consigliato: un rosato locale. Se passate da Policoro, vi consiglio una sosta al DegustàBono... Professionalism + friendliness + excellent cuisine = DegustàBono. Francesco and Alessio are nice, helpful, kind and professional. They welcome the customer and make him feel immediately at ease. The food is fresh and genuine, the cooking is always right and the bouquet of flavors is balanced. Excellent choice of wines and mouth-watering desserts. The dining room is well-finished, even if the exterior is anonymous and not up to the quality of the cuisine. The prices are in line with the cuisine of excellence (average of the single course € 14.00). We took: cuttlefish on pea cream, DegustàBono tuna, fried cod with homemade mayonnaise sauce, tagliolini with prawns, prawns and Pollino truffle, grilled octopus on mashed potatoes with olive powder, revisited tiramisu. Ma ci pensa lo chef a rimediare a questo piccolo difetto, mettendo il mare e l’amore nei piatti. Possibilità di menu degustazione o piatti alla carta. Tutto sublime. Dagli antipasti al dolce. Personale disponibile,preparato e cortese. Non vedo l’ora di tornare ancora. The place you don't expect. Because it is not on the sea, because you miss that romantic touch and the scent of salt. But the chef takes care of remedying this small flaw, putting the sea and love in the dishes. Possibility of tasting menu or à la carte dishes. All sublime. From appetizers to desserts. Partendo dal servizio, i camerieri super gentili ad esporre le pietanze proposte, a presentare i piatti ed a servirli, oltre ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Rendiamo l'antipasto che prende il nome del locale, una carrellata di crudo e di fritto. Molto buono soprattutto la specialità della casa, ovvero il tonno crudo con cipolla e peperoncino. Abbiamo proseguito prendendo dei Cappellacci alla gallinella e un ridotto il quale purtroppo, nonostante la qualità dei gamberi, ha un pó deluso. Perché è solo di questo che si parla, di capolavoro. I valori aggiunti, che rendono perfetto il Degustàbono, sono la gentilezza e la competenza del proprietario e del personale di sala, sempre attenti alle esigenze dei clienti, la location moderna, pulita e con tavoli ben distanziati. Vi mostro in foto i piatti che ho assaporato ma se volete dare piacere al vostro palato non potete non venirli a provare di persona. Consigliato. The decor may come across as oddly stiff, but the service is the opposite; very attentive, knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. An unexpected food find.
