★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sconsiglio questa concessionaria! Mi ha rifilato una macchina che solo dopo l’acquisto si è rivelata un ex macchina di un noleggio e senza libretto della manutenzione con km scalati!!!
I do not recommend this dealership! I was fed a car that only after the purchase turned out to be a former rental car and without maintenance booklet with scaled km !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad Agosto ho acquistato da Cristian una BMW X3, a Novembre ho avuto un piccolo problema . Risiedendo in Sardegna ho informato Cristian che mi ha rimborsato l´intero il costo della manutenzione eseguita dal concessionario locale. Ringrazio e consiglio l´autosalone Decortes per la serietà la cortesia e la disponibilità´.
In August I purchased a BMW X3 from Cristian, in November I had a small problem. Residing in Sardinia I informed Cristian that he refunded me the full cost of the maintenance carried out by the local dealer. I thank and recommend the Decortes car showroom for the seriousness, courtesy and helpfulness´.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata, ho salutato, una dipendente mi ha guardata e non mi ha risposto al saluto. C'era un signore che si lamentava del disagio di essere dovuto tornare per la decima volta per una pratica che doveva essere già risolta da tempo. C'era poi un altro dipendente che continuava a parlare tranquillamente al telefono. Ho atteso invano diverse decine di minuti, nel frattempo ho guardato il parco auto ( completamente privo di cartelli sui veicoli ). Me ne sono andata e non ci tornerò mai più: professionalità ed educazione pari a 0!
I entered, I said goodbye, an employee looked at me and did not respond to the greeting. There was a gentleman who complained of the uneasiness of having had to return for the tenth time for a practice that had already been resolved some time ago. Then there was another employee who kept talking quietly on the phone. I waited in vain for several tens of minutes, in the meantime I looked at the car park (completely free of signs on vehicles). I left and will never go back: professionalism and education equal to 0!
