★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esco di casa con la gomma a terra e vado dal primo gommista che incontro. Mi spiega, con molta sufficienza, che la gomma è bucata e probabilmente andrà cambiata, che non ha tempo perché ha molto clienti, che la gomma è consumata (comprata nuova 30 giorni fa) ma al momento non aveva disponibilità quindi sarei dovuta passare dopo 2 giorni e forse avrebbe fatto qualcosa. Vado da un altro gommista che guarda effettivamente la gomma e mi spiega che il problema era il cerchione disallineato con la ruota, risolto in 5 minuti. Grazie per la professionalità.

I go to another tire dealer who actually looks at the tire and explains that the problem was the rim misaligned with the wheel, solved in 5 minutes. Thanks for the professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento per cambio pneumatici invernali /estivi. Non cambiano pneumatici nuovi ma non lo dicono neppure. La scusa è che hanno il cartello all'interno dell'officina ma l'appuntamento è stato concordato telefonicamente.
Oltremodo scontrosi, sconsigliato.
Appointed to change winter / summer tires. They don't change new tires but they don't even say so. The excuse is that they have the sign inside the workshop but the appointment has been agreed by telephone.
Extremely grumpy, not recommended.
