They ask for the green mark and have been rude to my father in law who being English obviously does not have it, as this discrimination does not exist in England and in any other country

Also I wrote then a message inquiring about an item a day ago here on Google and they didn't reply - likely because it was in English?
Not recommended. Go to any other decathlon.
