Personale molto preparato e competente, paziente nello spendere una parola in più per spiegarti le specifiche del prodotto rispetto ad un altro.. Ti guidano per un acquisto ottimale e su misura al tuo fabbisogno.. Un vero plus da tener da conto.. (e con questo mi riferisco a tutte quelle persone che provano nei negozi per poi acquistare in internet). Prezzi onestissimi ma il servizio da proprio un valore aggiunto. Ci ritornerò di sicuro.

 Definitely a great point of reference for mountain lovers .. Very knowledgeable and competent staff, patient in spending an extra word to explain the specifics of the product with respect to another .. They guide you for an optimal purchase and tailored to your needs .. A real plus to take into account .. (and with this I refer to all those people who try in stores and then buy on the internet). Honest prices but the service gives an added value. I will definitely return.

Well-stocked place, friendly, qualified and willing to explain every aspect of their products. I bought a duvet duvet for summer glacier climbing and I found a very valuable help in the choice. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stelle perchè sul sito scrivono che ci sono due kit da ferrata (da 10€ o da 15€), ma quando mi hanno fatto il conto me gli hanno fatti pagare 15€ nonostante avessi esplicitamente chiesto quelli da 10€. Quando gli ho fatto presente la cosa, mi hanno detto che loro hanno solo quelli da 15€.
Per il resto negozio molto fornito.
2 stars because on the site they write that there are two via ferrata kits (10 € or 15 €), but when they made me the bill they charged me 15 € even though I explicitly asked for the 10 € ones. When I mentioned this to them, they told me they only have the € 15 ones.
For the rest, a well-stocked shop.

Poi domenica ho provato il materiale in Nevegal, dimostratosi ottimo come da consiglio di Luca. Peccato che le gambe non sono più quelle di 30 anni fa, ma recupererò?.

On Saturday I bought some mountaineering equipment, Luca followed me with his professionalism and patience, in explaining the details of the items bought.
Then on Sunday I tried the material in Nevegal, which proved to be excellent as per Luca's advice. Too bad that the legs are no longer those of 30 years ago, but I will recover?.
