★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scelto fra molti preventivi più competitivi per un lavoro di ristrutturazione palazzina, cortesi in fase di scelta, puntuali nei termini di inizio lavori, purtroppo non sono poi stati all'altezza delle aspettative. Ad un anno abbondante dalla fine dei lavori, dopo parecchi richiami e con saldo versato subito all'epoca, siamo ancora in attesa della finitura dimenticate, pezzi di battiscopa esterno dimenticati di montare, stucco delle scale dimenticato di tirare, sistemazione pendenze pavimento esterno...e avanti. Oltre a trovarci in casa dislivelli nelle fughe da incastrarsi l'aspirapolvere e che già hanno cambiato colore in alcuni punti e in altri hanno fatto piccoli forellini. Per niente contenta purtroppo!!

In addition to finding us in the house unevenness in the joints to fit the vacuum cleaner and that have already changed color in some places and in others have made small holes. Unfortunately not at all happy !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso delle piastrelle che dopo meno di un mese di sono rovinate e nonostante la garanzia ci hanno detto che loro le cambiano ma il lavoro è a carico nostro,vi sembra giusto?
Adesso mi rispondono che la posa in opera è errata ma questo non lo possono dire perché non è stata fatta una perizia da un tecnico esterno alla loro azienda ma da loro stessi e da quello che vedo scritto nelle altre recensioni non mi sembrano quelli che loro stesso mi dicono con testuali parole:"mai avuto problemi in 40 anni di attività".
Scaricate pure la responsabilità su altri ma non vi fa onore.
