Avevamo bisogno di assistenza per una stufa a legna Scan, e questo signor Paolo, dopo una veloce presentazione e una bella stretta di mano, ci ha dedicato moltissimo tempo per capire il nostro problema e aiutarci a risolverlo al meglio. Ci ha dato spiegazioni e dimostrazione in diretta sul funzionamento della nostra stufa, dimostrando grande dedizione e professionalità. Per quel che abbiamo potuto vedere, grande assortimento di ceramiche e pavimenti. Da consigliare vivamente.
It is nice to walk into a large shop and be welcomed by all the staff with a greeting and a nice smile. This already makes the customer feel welcome. We needed assistance with a Scan wood stove, and this Mr. Paolo, after a quick introduction and a nice handshake, took a lot of time to understand our problem and help us solve it in the best possible way. He gave us live explanations and demonstrations on how our stove works, showing great dedication and professionalism. As far as we could see, a large assortment of ceramics and floors. To be highly recommended.
