Avevo in deposito presso di loro gli pneumatici invernali montati sui cerchioni in lega nuovi. Al cambio di stagione ho notato che due dei 4 cerchioni presentavano evidenti segni di sfregamento dovuti a stoccaggio mal eseguito. Ho fatto presente il danno al titolare, in modo tranquillo ed educato, per un intero anno ed in diverse occasioni. Mi sono sempre visto rispondere che avrebbero valutato la cosa e preso informazioni per sistemarli. Dopo un anno sono arrivati al punto di dirmi che i cerchi in lega diamantati sono troppo delicati e sono cose che possono succedere... Sarebbero molto più onesti e professionali a non prendersi in carico, sotto pagamento, lo stoccaggio di cerchioni che non sono in grado di gestire!!! Hanno appena perso la manutenzione di tre auto ed una e-bike Unfortunately, the historic tire dealer of the area where honesty and professionalism was found no longer exists. I have reported the damage to the owner, in a calm and polite way, for a whole year and on several occasions. I have always been told that they would evaluate it and get information to fix it. After a year they came to the point of telling me that diamond alloy wheels are too delicate and these things can happen ... It would be much more honest and professional not to take over, under payment, the storage of rims that are not in can handle !!! They just lost maintenance on three cars and one e-bike
