★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo scambio di mail mi viene confermato che il giorno 10/08/17 mi sarebbe stato inviato il pezzo di ricambio da me richiesto. Giorno 10/08/17 chiedo conferma dell avvenuta spedizione. Nessuna riposta. Giorno 11/08/17 chiamo per avere notizie ma scopro a malincuore che la ditta è chiusa fino il 21/08/17. Servizio scadente. Poca comunicazione. Poca serietà.
After exchanging emails, I am confirmed that on 10/08/17 the spare part requested by me would be sent to me. On 10/08/17 I ask for confirmation of the shipment. No answer. Day 11/08/17 I call for news but I reluctantly discover that the company is closed until 08/21/17. Poor service. Little communication. Little seriousness.
