Mi hanno ricevuto per un check sul cambio automatico della mia Golf Tsi senza bisogno di prendere appuntamento chissà quanto tempo prima. Corrado e Luca sono molto gentili premurosi e cordiali. Mi hanno anche aiutato nel recuperare la mia auto a Ventimiglia facendo io molta fatica a spostarmi. Prezzi assolutamente onesti pur essendo un concessionario ufficiale VW e Audi. Sono anche ufficiali Kia. Raccomandatissimi. Spectacular and very kind. They received me for a check on the automatic gearbox of my Golf Tsi without having to make an appointment who knows how long in advance. Corrado and Luca are very kind, attentive and friendly. They also helped me recover my car in Ventimiglia, making it very difficult for me to get around. Absolutely fair prices despite being an official VW and Audi dealer. They are also Kia officers. Highly recommended.

Arrivato ho chiesto gentilmente, di farmi vedere come chiudere, come mi é successo più volte, ma sempre c'era una persona che ha finalizzato tutto, senza passarmi l'informazione del 'trucco', come farlo da me stesso. Mi hanno fatto il lavoro, la persona in carico spari. Il Signore alla cassa mi dice: noi non abbiamo tempo per spiegare ! Si guardi gli 'tutorials' su Youtube !!!! Essendo cliente della Audi da una vita, non mi é mai successo d'incontrare una ditta cosi scortese é non co-operativa. Ora vi chiedo tutti, di farché i signori abbiano cosi tanto tempo, che capis .cano che senza clienti, la paga non entrera più.. che brocchi !!! Personale gentilissimo, professionale e sorridente. Complimenti! I had to replace a bulb on my Touran and I had very little time between appointments. In 5 minutes the car was ready. Very kind, professional and smiling staff. Well done!

V	Vito Rebaudo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto un preventivo per aggiungere un modulo Bluetooth per la riproduzione streaming di musica e viva voce sulla mia Audi ! Prezzo esorbitante confronto a quello che offrono le terze parti peró mi sono fidato di loro essendo un centro autorizzato Audi! Risultato finale ? Lo streaming audio e viva voce funziona solo sulle due casse davanti quindi in mono! Dopo aver buttato 400€ per un lavoro del genere chiamo Audi Italia per ricevere spiegazioni , mi hanno rassicurato dicendomi che li avrebbero contattati loro.La loro spiegazione è che il cliente era stato informato prima del montaggio quindi sapeva che lo streaming audio sarebbe stato in mono! Sono proprio deluso e mi sento anche preso in giro … anche perché informandomi sul modello che mi hanno montato c’è pure scritto sulle avvertenze che con il mio modello di macchina avrebbe funzionato in mono , quindi non ha riconosciuto nemmeno l’errore …. poca professionalità They made me a quote to add a Bluetooth module for streaming music and hands-free on my Audi! Audio and hands-free streaming only works on the two front speakers, therefore in mono! After throwing away € 400 for such a job, I call Audi Italia to receive explanations, they reassured me by saying that they would contact them.Their explanation is that the customer had been informed before the assembly so they knew that the audio streaming would be in mono. ! I am really disappointed and I also feel teased ... also because when I inquired about the model they mounted me, there is also written on the warnings that with my model of machine it would work in mono, so it did not even recognize the error .... little professionalism
