★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho parole!!! Il mio veicolo è stato letteralmente "visitato da un topo", ma non di quelli con la coda. Non lasciate nulla dentro per non avere brutte sorprese. Unica nota positiva mi hanno proposto lo sconto dell'Iva se rinunciavo a fattura e garanzia sul lavoro, però ho preferito fare le cose a norma. Non ci tornerò mai più, sono rimasto molto deluso dal loro atteggiamento quando ho segnalato la "sparizione" dei miei beni.E sono stato pure troppo gentile e tollerante.

Dopo15 giorni si ripresenta il problema. Riporto subito l'auto e accampano subito scuse. Dopo altri 9 giorni di attesa e 4 telefonate niente, insistito e escono con un preventivo spropositato per un lavoro a detta loro facile e veloce. Nel frattempo ho dovuto affittare per mio conto un'auto sostitutiva.
A me non piace essere preso in giro ne ignorato. Ho ripreso la mia auto, rinunciato ad accampare diritti sulla garanzia sul lavoro svolto. MAI PIÙ!
 I have no words!!! My vehicle was literally "visited by a mouse", but not one with a tail. Do not leave anything inside to avoid nasty surprises. The only positive note was that they offered me a VAT discount if I gave up the invoice and the work guarantee, but I preferred to do things according to law. I will never go back, I was very disappointed with their attitude when I reported the "disappearance" of my possessions. And I was also too kind and tolerant.

After 15 days the problem returns. I immediately bring the car back and immediately make excuses. After another 9 days of waiting and 4 phone calls nothing, they insisted and come out with a disproportionate quote for a job they said was quick and easy. In the meantime, I had to rent a replacement car on my own.
I don't like being made fun of or ignored. I took back my car, renounced to claim claims on the warranty on the work done. NEVER AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato fuori città ha un'ampia area dove possono sostare le auto, sia quelle in esposizione e in consegna che quelle dei visitatori. La persona in ufficio è gentile ed efficiente. Una breve attesa e abbiamo potuto ritirare l'auto a NLT. Esperienza positiva nonostante la lontananza.
