Ho chiesto giusto ieri se effettuassero riparazioni delle ruote della mia valigia Kipling e sebbene non avessero la rappresentanza di questo marchio senza nessun problema ma, con molta serietà e professionalità, senza tentare di rivedermi una nuova valigia, hanno detto che era un’operazione che avrebbero fatto senza alcun problema. In meno di 24 ore mi è stato inviato un sms per comunicarmi che la valigia era già pronta. Come nuova! Precedentemente ero andata in un altro negozio analogo del centro che mi aveva negato ogni possibilità di sostituzione precisando che era impossibile non solo da loro ma in assoluto, soprattutto questa cosa mi è stata detta dopo avermi fatto portare inutilmente la valigia. Sono felice di a er scoperto De Astis e la mia prossima valigia la comprerò da loro. I really want to review this shop for my great experience.
