★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia macchina da cucire rotta nel negozio e il proprietario mi ha detto che nel giro di una settimana l avrebbe controllata. Visto che é una macchina datata ho chiesto informazioni per acquistarne una nuova quindi mi ha detto che in due giorni l avrebbe controllata e mi avrebbe comunicato se si poteva sistemare. Dopo una settimana non avendo avuto notizia ho chiamato sollecitando cortesemente e la risposta é stata che dopo alcuni giorni avrei avuto notizia. Stamani dopo undici giorni non avendo avuto alcuna notizia ho nuovamente richiamato e mi ha confermato che avendo smarrito il mio numero di cell (annotato su un foglio con almeno altri 10 annotazioni)non mi ha potuto avvertire e che cmq in mattinata l avrebbe controllata e comunicato subito l importo per poi consegnarmela prima di sera. Purtroppo alle 16 non ho ricevuto nulla quindi mi sono recata al negozio ed ho riportato a casa la macchina smontata. Forse la sua professionalità si ferma li ma credo fermamente che
sarebbe stato sufficiente comunicarmi che per la sistemazione era necessario 20/ 30 o altri giorni ancora senza prendermi in giro.
I took my broken sewing machine into the shop and the owner told me he would check it in a week. Since it is an outdated car, I asked for information to buy a new one, so he told me that in two days he would check it and tell me if it could be fixed. After a week not having received any news, I called politely and the answer was that after a few days I would have received news. This morning after eleven days, having not received any news, I called again and confirmed that having lost my cell number (noted on a sheet with at least 10 other entries) he could not warn me and that cmq in the morning he would have checked and communicated it the amount immediately and then deliver it to me before evening. Unfortunately at 4 pm I did not receive anything so I went to the shop and took the disassembled car home. Perhaps his professionalism stops there but I firmly believe that
it would have been enough to tell me that 20/30 or more days was needed for the accommodation without making fun of me.
