A	Andrea Prosperi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati settimana scorsa per chiedere che ci venissero cambiate delle scarpine regalateci per mia figlia, e malgrado lo scontrino regolarmente esibito la simpaticissima proprietaria, scocciatissima, prima si è rifiutata di cambiarcele, e poi sbuffando ha detto che ce le avrebbe cambiate, visto che lei "è una signora e gliele cambio anche se non dovrei e non cafona e maleducata come lei"...riferita a mia moglie davanti a mia figlia di 4 anni e tutti gli altri clienti. E giusto per aggiungerci il carico da 90 dicendo che chi ce le aveva regalate (mia sorella che acquista da lei da anni e non lo farà mai più in vita sua) non era capace di fare regali!! Naturalmente ce ne siano andati tenendoci le scarpe....a questo punto le regalo piuttosto che avere a che fare ancora con questa persona. Se questo è il modo di trattare i clienti mi chiedo come possa essere ancora aperto questo negozio. Per quanto ci riguarda non ci metteremo mai più piede e le faremo la peggiore pubblicità possibile! Mi sono rivolta a loro per un regalo per i miei figli in periodo quarantena utilizzando il canale Instagram (che vi consiglio di seguire) oltre ad aver potuto vedere tutta la collezione come se fossi nel negozio, ho ricevuto da parte loro un servizio impeccabile, gentilezza, pazienza nel misurare e abbinare capi ed addirittura consegna a domicilio in tempi record.
